clinic. She is a frequent lecturer to
nurses about the legal aspects of
nursing. She will discuss the
misconceptions of nurses being
uninsured in her topic, “Why Nurses
Need Malpractice Insurance: Myths
and Reality”. She was recently
published in the American Journal of
Nursing, May 2008 issue. |

| is the
Trauma Program Manager at the
Boston Medical Center and was the
Deputy Commander of a combat
support hospital at three locations in
Iraq for 12 months. He will be
discussing the military medical
operations in a combat zone and the
clinical practice guidelines learned
from war wounds. |

| is
a public health addiction specialist and
frequent lecturer on many issues
involving addiction. Her topic will be
the spirit of nursing which will explore
the roots of nursing and what the future

| Refund
Policy |
Requests for refunds will be accepted in
writing until September 15, 2008. A $25.00
administration fee will be deducted from
each registration refund. No refunds will be
granted after September 15, 2008. On-site
registration is contingent upon space.

Continuing nursing education contact hours
will be awarded by the Massachusetts
Nurses Association.
The MNA is accredited as a provider of
continuing nursing education by the
American Nurses Credentialing Center's
Commission on Accreditation.
To successfully complete a program and
receive contact hours, you must: 1) sign in,
2) be present for the entire time period of
the sessions and 3) complete the
evaluation. |

At exit 14 turn right onto ramp and keep left onto I-95. Exit 32AB turn right onto ramp stay
left keep on ramp. Take right onto Middlesex Tpke and right onto Mall Road.
To Café Escadrille
Take 128/I-95 to Exit 33A "Route 3 South - Winchester." Go less than 1/2 mile on Route 3 South (Cambridge Street). Café Escadrille will be on your left.
Pass the building and turn left on Ray Avenue (just before Bickford's). Immediately turn left into the parking area for Café Escadrille.
