Important Changes to Your Disney Magic Kingdom
Club Membership
We have been notified that the Magic Kingdom Club
is launching a new enrollment process. As a member of the
Massachusetts Nurses Association, participating in the Magic Kingdom
Club you are required to:
- Complete the enclosed enrollment form and member
profile to enroll in the Magic Kingdom Club.
- Mail enrollment form directly to the Magic Kingdom
Club.
- A personalized card and current Membership Guide
will be sent to your home in approximately 2-3 weeks. (You may
use your “old” card during the 2-3 week processing period).
Current club members will not be eligible for club
benefits without submitting an enrollment form and receiving their
new card. Even if you have a valid membership card, you are
required to complete the enrollment form to obtain the new personalized
card.
The personalized membership card you will be receiving will be
valid for two years. Please be advised that renewal is not
automatic – upon expiration of your card you will be required to
complete a new enrollment form. Your expired Magic Kingdom
Club Card will be honored one time beyond its expiration date –
you will be asked to surrender the card and instructed to contact
the Massachusetts Nurses Association for a current enrollment form.

benefits available to you as a member of the Massachusetts Nurses
