NLRB Update

UPDATE ON NLRB HEARINGS FOR
SOUTH SHORE HOSPITAL

September 26, 2000

The hearings at the NLRB for South Shore Hospital concluded Monday, September, 25, 2000. The Attorney's have two (2) weeks to file their briefs with the NLRB, then we will wait for the Director's decision. Once the decision has been handed down, we should have our election within three (3) weeks.
