How to Post a Job

1. Fill Out the Form

2. Review Your Information
   Upon completing your job posting entry, please review your ad carefully. The MNA will not be responsible for editing or managing your job postings after they are submitted to the database. Please be concise and consistent with your information.
   
   The MNA Job Search Database provides a complementary link to your company's web site and a convenient email link to your contact person's email for fast and convenient responses to your job postings.  Please review your URL and email addresses carefully. Again, the MNA will not be responsible for editing or managing your information.
   
3. Payment
   When you have reviewed and submitted your job posting, you will be presented with an invoice.
   
   • MNA Bargaining Units
     Facilities that contain MNA bargaining units may post their nursing job openings on the MNA web site free of charge.  Make note of the job ID (for your records) that appears on the invoice but you can otherwise disregard it. Job postings are reviewed on Thursdays, and any MNA bargaining unit listings will automatically be posted to the Web site. If your job opening is within an MNA bargaining unit and you would like it to be posted sooner than Thursday of this week, please email the Job ID number to MNAWebmaster@mnarn.org to notify us that your job is awaiting approval.
     
   • All Others
     For all other jobs, you may now either pay online or you may print an invoice and mail or fax it with your payment to the address or phone number below. If you pay online, your job will be posted immediately. If you mail or fax your payment, your job posting(s) will NOT appear on the MNA Job Search Database until after payment has been received by MNA.
     
     Job postings are $50 per month, and may post a job for up to 3 months. Master Card, Visa and AMEX payments are acceptable. 
     
     Note: Only employment agencies that do NOT provide temporary nurses to replace striking nurses will be allowed to post job opportunities on the MNA web site.
