Description: This program will discuss how health professionals are at risk for substance use disorders and how we can assist them toward recovery. An overview of the Board of Registration in Nursing’s Substance Abuse Recovery Program (SARP) will be discussed as well as other resources such as the MNA’s Peer Assistance program. Program will conclude with a discussion by nurses in recovery.
