Hotel: reimbursement up to $125 per day for those members who live outside a 50-mile radius of a required meeting or event. The Executive Director shall approve reimbursement if the member is required to attend a meeting/event on behalf of MNA and the time of that meeting, weather conditions or other factors mandate an overnight stay. Members are encouraged to share rooms.
