The purpose of this program is to enable those delivering patient care to work safely by recognizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and the correct donning and doffing to obtain the highest level of protections possible.

Fee: This course is exclusive for MNA members and requires a $25 placeholder fee which will be returned upon attendance at the program.

This educational activity is provided by the Massachusetts Nurses Association, which is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This program awards contact hours based on our accreditor’s value and the value utilized by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. The BORN contact hour value may only be used for relicensure in Massachusetts. To successfully complete a program and receive contact hours or a certificate of attendance, you must: (1) sign in; (2) be present for the entire time period of the program; and (3) complete and submit the program evaluation.
