Serious Reportable Events – MA DPH Link Now Available (MC)

As promised, the link to access the MA Department of Public Health release of the Serious Reportable Events is now available at www.mass.gov/dph/dhcq.

To date, 38 of 67 hospitals/networks have added comments to their SRE data.  Reminder: If your facility would still like the opportunity to add or update comments, information may be submitted to the Massachusetts Hospital Association by Wednesday, April 15 to be included in the next update of the website. Please send those comments to Sabrina Alvino at salvino@mhalink.org.
