MNA Places Great Article on Shift Work in the American Journal of Nursing
The MNA has been working with the AJN over the last year to increase their coverage of occupational health and safety issues. Attached is a PDF of an article to appear in the latest issue of the AJN by Tom Fuller and Evi Bain, on the health and safety issues related to shift work. This is a great piece to share with your units and can be a valuable tool when negotiating over issues related to oft shifts.
