If you are thinking of retiring within the next year or so, you might want to look at this. If there is anything you would need to make that possible, ask for it even if you don’t think they can do it. Talk to the HR office at your facility.
If there is any aspect of the package that is not on the outline below (e.g., Medicare supplement) ask for details about it. This is part of the package.
