A number of nurses have expressed concerns over incorrect bonus payments. The calculations are on W-2 earnings! We are investigating the “pre-tax” issues. If you have a concern, call the MNA extension x6363 and leave a message, we’ll call you back! Same process for the 403-B conversion/buyouts!
