U.S. Senate Candidate Elizabeth Warren to Address Several Hundred Frontline Nurses at Mass. Nurses Association’s Clinical Conference at DCU Center

MNA was the first organization to endorse Warren’s candidacy, citing her commitment to protecting the middle class and Main Street values

Worcester, Mass. — U.S. Senate candidate, Elizabeth Warren, will be a featured speaker this week as hundreds of frontline registered nurses gather at the DCU Center in Worcester for the annual 2012 Clinical Conference hosted by the Massachusetts Nurses Association/National Nurses United, the state’s largest union and professional association of registered nurses. The MNA/NNU was the first organization and union to endorse Warren’s candidacy in September of 2011, citing her commitment to restore a basic standard of living for working people by creating financial remedies that will hold Wall Street accountable while protecting those who live and work on Main Street USA.  More than 800 nurses will be attending the conference, which provides nurses with cutting edge continuing education, making it the largest educational forum for nurses in the state.
