The survey aims to explore the perspectives, experiences, knowledge, and factors related to job burnout/satisfaction of mental health, behavioral health, and health care providers who treat or have treated individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) and who also engage in challenging behaviors. Professionals in the fields of social work, family medicine, clinical psych, pediatrics, nursing, behavior analysis, child life specialties, physician assistantship, dentistry, and psychiatry are particularly invited to participate.
The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete, and will be accessible online for the next three to five weeks. This study is being conducted by Hannah McCann, an MEd candidate at Vanderbilt University.
