CPI Verbal Intervention™ Training

MNA is excited to offer the Crisis Prevention Institute’s™ (CPI™), Verbal Intervention™ Training, a blended learning program designed to provide attendees increased awareness and practical interventions to apply in crisis or escalating situations. Participants will complete an online module (approximately 2 hours) and then attend a live zoom webinar with CPI™![]()
certified MNA educators. Detailed instructions for the training will be provided to all registrants. (To register, please call Liz Chmielinski at 781-830-5719.) Registration will close on January 27.
Unfortunately, the CPI™ web platform only supports a desktop or laptop computer, it does NOT support mobile devices, including an IPad.
Upon successful completion of all online and hybrid learning and mailing of the program evaluation and post-test participants will be mailed a CPI™ Blue Card for Verbal Intervention Training.
