ATTENTION MNA MEMBERS! The MNA will cover the tuition for one member to attend the 2025 Harvard Trade Union Program (Jan. 13-Feb. 14, 2025):
The Harvard Trade Union Program is an intensive 5-week in person advanced training program designed for trade union leaders. It teaches the essential skills for the leadership of unions, as well as providing a unique opportunity to explore key issues for the labor movement alongside union members and staff worldwide. Applicants should be active bargaining unit members with experience as officers, committee members or unit leaders.
This is a full-time 5-week intensive program – attendee will stay in provided apartments close to the Harvard campus in Cambridge. MNA will cover the cost of tuition. Additional expenses not covered include transportation, meals, recreation and incidentals.
Interested members should email rgannon@mnarn.org by November 7, 2024 with short statement of their interest, why you should be selected and your union experience. The MNA Board will review at their November meeting and inform interested candidates by November 22nd of their selection.
