$25Description: This program will explore the impact of disparities in maternal child healthcare. Research has confirmed how disparities and inequalities in the clinical management of maternal child health has negatively impacted health outcomes. This program will explore how the underlying systemic, institutional, and human factors contributed and perpetuated disparities in maternal child healthcare. The program will also discuss how obstetrical nurses can positively impact patient care in addressing disparities at the bedside.
